From 4th to 8th September 2015, Dea will be at the international Maison&Objet exhibition in Paris and will be showing in Hall 4, Stand E102 – F101 inside the Exhibition Park in Paris Nord Villepinte.
Dea is bringing its new high quality collections created for the bedroom and the bathroom to Maison&Objet, the most well known and appealing international fair in the home, design, decor and creative innovation sectors and this will be the 20th edition.
The Albert collection with its blue and grey tones for a modern, sophisticated taste created in precious jacquard, with a shiny silk like yarn ,will be on display. The jacquard collection is matched with a bed spread in precious pique in the same colours to obtain a mix and match of fabrics for high quality, tasteful bed linen. The collection turns, furthermore, through a meticulous study of the fabric fibres, to a vintage satin with an embossed effect for those who love the coolness of satin but also the more modern, bolder look of stonewashed fabric. The particular treatment of the fibres are all devised by Mrs Dea directly with the suppliers of the yarn.
Now to the Volo collection which is characterized by butterflies, a flowing, happy motif. The bed linen is in precious satin, with high quality Italian yarn which gives the sheets, the duvet cover and the pillowcases a pleasant sensation of tranquility and pleasure for sweet dreams. The Volo collection was created to match an embroidery which brings a touch of the butterflies in the same colour as the fabric with a more classic graceful motif. All equipped with the pique bed spread and the quilt for those who love beautiful bed linen. The printed collection is a proper flight of monochrome butterflies which make it adaptable to the colours of every bedroom, both modern and traditional.
The Bucaneve collection is also on display. The Bucaneve print is from a drawing by a painter who only paints local flowers and landscapes, faithfully reproducing the original colours of his subjects. The beauty of the print is in the care taken in adapting it for the bed linen and the towelling and respecting the originality of the drawing and why it was made, reproducing all the beauty but also the imperfections of painting and nature on the fabric. Printing on satin allows us to have brilliant colours which enliven the flowers.
The Oceano collection, also on show at the Maison&Objet in Paris, brings a wonderful marine atmosphere to sheets and towelling. The Oceano collection gives the sensation of full immersion into the deep blue waters of the ocean. Pure yarn dyed satin gives life to vividly coloured sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bed spreads with a striped pattern, a true must for the coastal world. The exquisite towelling of the collection is perfect for summer. The collection also includes beach towels with printed hems which mark the beginning of seaside holidays.
Finally, Dea is bringing the Mosaico collection to Paris. Colours, energy and vitality for your bedrooms and bathrooms. Dea creations for the Mosaico collection, a leader in the Digital Art line, where the pure art form of painting is reproduced on home linen. The details on the pillowcases, the bed sheets, the duvet covers and the quilts are carefully designed as is the position of the design on the towel sets creating the border which makes this print even more suitable for the home inside and out.
